The number one priority is the safety of our guests and team and we are following the guidelines set out by the government to create an environment where everyone feels comfortable.
If you’re not feeling 100% please stay at home, if you feel a little bit under the weather, please don’t shake it off and come anyway – we will do our best to rearrange your booking.
Your room will have been cleaned and sanitised before you arrive and once you are here and safely checked-in we will not bother you unnecessarily.
Hand sanitiser is available throughout the hotel and we will have extra face masks if you forget yours.
We are asking all guests to enjoy their breakfast in bed, delivered fresh to your door each morning at 8am. Don’t worry if you’re enjoying a lie-in, we won’t disturb you and will leave your breakfast hung on your door in a fully sealed bag.
Due to social distancing we have a very limited number of tables in our cafe space so if you would prefer to enjoy your breakfast downstairs, please let us know when you arrive and we will do our best to accommodate.
The Rooms and Hotel Spaces
We have frequent cleaning of all high traffic and touch point areas in bedrooms and our communal spaces.
All single use items will be changed following each stay. All laundry and linens are cleaned following government issued guidelines. Where possible, doors and windows will remain open to increase fresh air flow.
The team will be temperature checked at the start of each day. All of our team are trained on CV-19 safety and sanitation protocols and everyone will be wearing the correct PPE.
