  • Helping create a welcoming atmosphere and provide a warm welcome to people visiting The Yard. Providing excellent customer service to all our guests at all times.
  • Mixing cocktails, making coffee and pouring drinks.
  • Waiting tables in the bar area (including during breakfast service), serving drinks, ensuring guests are well looked after and needs are anticipated.
  • General reception duties, checking-in / checking-out hotel guests, showing them to their rooms and dealing with general guest queries/requests. Answering the phone, processing and managing bookings and responding to emails. The candidate will be required to have a solid understanding of all hotel policies and regulations and must be able to work a computer.
  • Light cleaning duties of the front of house areas.
